Obituary for Hamilton Gibson Rous - from Brantford newspaper
ROUS, Hamilton Gibson - Passed away at home on Monday, May 12, 2008 in his 89th year; predeceased by his wife Jessie in 1987 and son Douglas “Tiny” in 1966. He will be remembered by his children, Rose Marie (Jack), Jim (Sheila), his grandchildren Stacey Ann (Charles), Cindy (Gary), Susanne (Bob), Holly (Shawn) and his nine great-grandchildren. Gib was a charter member of Legion Branch 500, Past Noble Grand of the I.O.O.F. Friends may call at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 195 King Street West, Dundas on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the MARLATT DUNDAS CHAPEL. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lynden United Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be made at www.mem.com 11087653
