Hi Wendy, Registrations of catholic marriages in Ireland did not start until 1864 and non Catholic registrations began in 1845. Michael and Mary being married in StPauls suggests that they were Catholics so it is not possible to get a marriage cert.
However around the time of their marriage some churches began using the new Baptism registry book which contained a lot more info such as each parents names ( sometimes they included their mothers maiden names) and the addresses of the parents and godparents.
If you wish I can check it out to see if the church was using the new registry book at the time
