My husband has been involved in the Rountree (any spelling) DNA study. His first 25 markers are returned with 13 remaining markers to be tested. He is with the Family Tree DNA project. There are only two to three members in the project.
The project also has ties to the Huxford study (Wiregrass GA area)and Clan Fraser in Scotland.

He is a perfect match to John S Rowntree b. 1830 of Spartanburg SC and his descendant.My husband is of proven line of Thomas Roundtree and Eva Sturgis Orange County NC.
