Hi Jean, I am afraid that I cannot find any direct connection to your Great Grandmother. Perhaps it may help if I give you the details of my ancestors who I know emigrated to the USA.
Peter Roughley, b abt 1813 his wife Maria Roughley, b abt 1815 emigrated on the ship Nevada in 1892, these are their children:
Esther Roughley, b abt 1838
Maria Roughley, b abt 1840
Mary Roughley, b abt 1842
James Roughley, b abt 1844
Peter Roughley, b abt 1846
Joseph Roughley, b abt 1851
Peter is my great great grandfather, His son William is my great grandfather, he married Isabella Roughley in abt 1899. If you check the roughley forum you will see how I came into the equation from William.
Esther Roughley travelled with her parents on the Nevada in 1892 and died and is buried in the Snowville Cemetery, Box Elder in Utah.
If you can tie your ancestors up with these details then we must be related.
I look forward to hearing from you.
