I have James Stewart Rough born about 1799, probably in Paisley, Scotland, M. Margaret Dunbar July 10, 1829 in Parish Church, Campsie, Stirling, Scotland. Margaret was born about 1804. James and Margaret came to the US in 1856 with their chlidren, landing in Philidelphia, but ending up in New Albany, Indiana, where James died while working on the railroad on 10/11/1860. Margaret died in Avoca, Nebraska 9/15/1855. They had four daughters and one son. I believe the daughters were Elisabeth, Jean, Robina and Margaret, and the son was John Dunbar, who is my father's father's father's father. John Dunbar was born 12/23/1838 in Manchester, England, but I don't have the dates or places of the other children. My email is dougrough@aol.com
