Rotty/ Rotti / Rotte - Baden to USA 1800s

I've been following various Rotty families in the St. Louis area and they all appear to be related. Original immigrants are born in the early 1810's and 1820's and arrive separately in the 1840s to early 1860s with their families. Birthplace is consistantly BADEN.

Joseph (b. circa 1819), Frances (b. circa 1825) and Simon (b. circa 1826) are confirmed siblings. Two other Rotty males are probably related. Ignatz (birth unknown, estimated circa 1815) and Anton (b. circa 1817) are most likely related since family members appear as witnesses to marriages and as sponsors in baptisms. Families of Joseph, Simon and Ignatz are buried in close proximity.

From the little I've seen so far, it also appears that the New York branch may also be from the Baden area.

Interested in hearing from other researchers,
