I don't know what information that you have on Rottman, or Rottmann. My grandfather was Hubert Martine Rottman (1 of 14 children), his parents were Gustave and Bertha Oldecampf or VonDecomf (I'm not sure on the spelling, I thought it was Oldecampf, until today). They came over from Germany and changed their name to Rottmann, but many of them dropped the second "n". I have not been able to find any other information as of yet. I hope this information is helpful to you in your search. I heard they resided at one point in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
