Hi Shelley,
No I had the Stephen Elton Information in my database.
I was trying to match the census data with what I had in my database.
It's possible that Charles Stephen and Stephen Elton are the same person. I was searching online in the hope that I would find a birth record for a Charles Stephen Elton Rossiter or possible twin births for Charles & Stephen.
The Spangle entries in the 1850 Census are new to me. Wonder if Charles Stephen is a stepson by marriage? Or did one of Samuel's daughter's marry a Mr Spangle?
This is one complex family!! LOL!!
