I have just started researching the Rossiter family. My g-g-grandparents, Jeremiah Rossiter and Bridget Fortune moved to Toronto from Wexford Co in 1850. From there, they moved to Port Sarnia and then to Port Huron and Hesperia. His parents were Joseph and Stacia Furlong Rossiter of Wexford. Jeremiah was born 6/4/1829 and Bridget was born 6/18/1835. They had 4 children, one of whom was Nicholas who was father to Beatrice, who was my grandmother.
