Hi Daniel,
After viewing the church records for St. Patrice, Riviere-du-loup, Quebec I found Alexis Desire Rossignol son of Julien Rossignol and Theotiste Soucy. I could not figure out the date as it is in french. Godparents were Joseph Soucy and Marie Soucy. The film number is 1302256. Any help on a birth date.
