Rosser - Freemen of Swansea

Does anyone have an interest in the Freemen of the City of Swansea? I have a long line of relatives (mainly Richard's) who were admitted as Freemen because their fathers had been Freemen. The earliest was John Rosser, admitted 10 Jul 1769, his son Thomas, admitted 28 Apr 1794, and his son Thomas, admitted 12 Oct 1818. I would love to know the circumstances of the first admittance - the Museum couldn't help.
