James S Ross b. Dec 1869 Aquia, Stafford Co., VA

Looking for any info on James S. Ross, s/o of Alexander M. Green & Nancy Ross; married Eliza K. about 1890 in Stafford Co. VA. Children: William Andrew b. 1891, Annie b. 1893, Charles b. 1895, Mary b. 1897, Maggie N. b. 1899, Carrie J. b. 1902, Laura b. 1904, Hannah B. 1906-1991, Bessie b. 1910, and Lucile b. 1913. I have census records for the family for 1870, 1880, 1900, 1910, 1920, & 1930, all in Stafford Co., but nothing else. James is my great uncle, his brother (my great grandfather) William Carter Ross moved to Oklahoma in the 1880s & we lost touch with the Virginia branch of the family sometime in the 1930s or 1940s. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
