RICE FARRAR ROSS descendants, please answer

I know this has been talked about some here on the forum but want to start a new thread and tell what we know which really isn't a lot........lol but trying to solve a few puzzles. My son and 2 Ross researchers have done the DNA and have shown close connectionns to Rice Farrar Ross as well as to a Farrar. A lady I have corresponded with always thought she was a Ross descendant, down from her ancestor Rice Farrar Ross. It appears that Rice Farrar Ross is a Farrar by bloodline. My husband is a Walker by name, but family DNA is connecting him to the Farrars. We know he was descended from James Matthew Walker but the big puzzle is who is James Matthew's father. Almost everything ponited to Lawrence William Walker being James' father, but now we think he was a Farrar by blood. Lawrence's sister married Landon C Farrar. They had a son that could be the father of James Matthew. They lived near each other in MS and James showed up in the 1860 census in Lawrence's household. We are hoping that by figuring out exactly how and where we connect with the families that we may knock down one of the biggest brick wall I have run into.

I also wonder if anyone of Rice's descendants would be willing to take a DNA test. Need a male with the surname Ross.

Probablility is very high that you are indeed Farrars as my husband and children are.

So many things happened back then, parents died leaving orphand who were taken in by other family members or friends.

Hope some will respond.
