David & Sarah had 11 children,
all listed in the file.
David M on 1880 Census in East Deer
Township, Allegheny Co, page 190B.
Wm Ross age 74 in 1894 of Natrona,
PA testified as quote: "full cousin"
to David M Ross. (Does he mean 1st Cousin?)
This file supposedly has over 100
pages, with a lot of medical
testimony.

(The Weister surname at Parnassus has
also been known as Heister-from DAR)
Had 6 children.
No OBIT found in the Pittsburgh Papers.
Perhaps OBIT in Greensburg or New Kensington.

Samuel Ross died 16Feb1912.
Sam & Martha had 6 children,
including one infant death.
No OBIT found in the Pittsburgh Papers.
Perhaps OBIT in Greensburg or New Kensington.

at Parnassus Pres. Church.
(Specifically says Pherson in file,
but might also be McPherson.)
Martha Jane died before 1910.
Wm & Martha had 6 children.
Willam S died 25Feb1936, Ridgeway,
Elk County, PA.
Wm. deposed after the War he lived:
Jun1865-Mar1870 in Tarentum PA
Apr1870-1884 in Freeport PA
1884 on in Ridgeway PA.
Wm S Ross on 1910 Census in Ridgeway
PA, with Daughter Maude Weis, and son
Wm G Ross. (The Ancestry website has
mis spelled the names 1910 census in
Ridgeway ROSS as "RASS".)
Also of note- the "Elk County Home"
or old folks home had several Rosses,
who also attended at Parnassus Pres.
as boys and may be cousins to William

Having both lived in Parnassus, then
Ridgeway may be more than coincidence.
