Personally I can't help you with your ROSER. However, I have the rights to the mailing list ROSER-D@Rootsweb.com and I do know that there are subscribers to the list who have links to Pembury and other places in Kent. I have just recently finished compiling a tree to do with Pembury which you should be able to pick up through an archives seach as it was posted to the list.
To subscribe to the list send a message to ROSER-D-REQUEST@rootsweb.com and type only the word subscribe in the subject line. Once you have received your approval you can then search the archives and post a message to the list. To post a message you will need to send it to ROSER-L@rootsweb.com.
