unfortunately I know no more than I have already posted, which is very frustrating. My research so far shows that there were only a handful of Rosendales in Bradford/Leeds around this time, so it seems highly likely that there is a relationship here. I believe Marinda (that appears to be the right spelling) was born around 1824-1826. I cannot find a birth record (although I have not tackled the Bradford/Leeds records offices yet) and FreeBMD is unable to help with marriage details. I know they her and Ralph Mason had a son, Charles William Mason, born 3/4/1862.

The Mason clan after this time were steadfast north-easterners, which is interesting in view of your guy's move to the north-east.

Do you have anything more on the Bradford Rosendales?

Feel free to mail me direct on s=mason[at]dsl=pipex=com (replace "=" with "." and [at] with "@").
