My Bush/Rosebush Family info that I have so far is as follows...... Charles Rose Bush ( this is how his name is written on funeral home record of 1933), b. abt.1853 in Ontario, Canada m. Eunice Brock c. 1869/1870 probably Ontario but not sure
according to 1881 Cdn Census of Mill Point, Hastings East, Ontario (i researched this location, this would be Desoronto, Ontario) lists the family as such:
Charles Bush-married-male-german-28-b.Ont-Labourer-Ch.Eng
Eunice Bush-married-female-german-25-b.Ont-Ch.Eng.
Austin Bush-male-german-age:8-b.USA-
Jas A Bush-Male-german-age:1-b.Ont.
Now I believe Austin to be the Oscar Bush that I am researching, b.March 11-1870 or May 23-1874 ( one date from my grandmother's bible and the other from 1901 census of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada).....My grandmother's Bible states that Oscar/Ausin? was born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan...He Married Minnie Taylor @ Magnetewan, Ontario, Canada in 1897.
Oscar has two other brothers that I know of Harry Bush m. Kathleen Deschamps in Sudbury; William Bush enlisted in WW1 and was killed overseas and buried there also. James Bush listed in the census was also enlisted and I believe he married Celina Boucher c. 1907 and lived in Toronto, Ontario....
Possible Parents of Charles Bush may be Green Bush & Emma Smith of the Sydenham, Ontario area.....but I have found nothing yet to confirm....and a census report for hastings, i found Green Bush alone with one son Charles, would be glad to hear from anyone who thinks these names may be tied in to their tree......thanx in advance, Darla ;-)
