My stateside relatives often mention a Manuel Rosales who they claim worked in law enforcement or in the ministry of interior high up in the PRI. I have no independent confirmation of the existence of this person. If a consular representative from Mexico can contact me and provide instructions for verifying or not verifying this information, I would be most grateful. A sus ordenes. Ron Rosales
