OK we connect with the uncle. I only have the 1870 Pope Co IL census at hand right now and it is James Rorex 70m TN (makes him b. 1800)...wife is Parthne 65 NO, John 19 IL also there is a Rhoda Rorex 27 IL, Andrew K Rorex 28 TNnow not on census but from IL marriage records are James W Rorax m Rhoda M Waters 1865 so she must be the one in the census of 1870 and something must have happened to James. Joseph Evetts m Mary Jane Rorax 2/18/1849 Pope, Henry C Rowe m Eliz S Rorax 8/19/1864(Rowe/Roe and Evetts/Evitts and Roarks/Roxex/Rorax are in my ancestors of Pope Co/Saline Co IL). I saw James in some of the earlier land transactions though. Jas Rorax m Parthena Parks Faetteville, TN Lincoln Co 1827she dau of Aaron Parkes.James parents b TNh was in Alexander ,Pope Co IL 188080 years old birthplace TN....Yes, the age doesn't match up.
