My mothers Maiden Name is Roosendaal, it comes from the Netherlands, it means "Valley of roses', now, there is a town (or city) in Holland called Roosendaal, in the past they named people by name and where they came from like JOHN VAN ROOSENDAAL (John from Roosendaal). Rosenbaum sounds to me as "tree of roses",... another story of roses... hi hi.
