Hello

Belive I am also descended from the Rookes of Broad Clyst, my g.g.g.grandmother was Rosina Laddy Rookes Slocombe and she was born in Exeter in 1841, although she later moved to London. I still have to find her connection to Silvester Rookes, but I have loads of info as when searching found the Laddy, Rookes & Slocombe family's all married into each other, so must be where she got her name from. Please let me know if you'd like to swop some info.
