Come to think of it, I remember reading somewhere of a Ruff couple that operated a Children's Home for a while in either Hocking County or Fairfield County, OH and that this couple also adopted a child from this Children's Home, but I can't for the life of me remember where I read it. I'll look around and see if I can find it again.
