I am following up on your message, because my George Roof is also from Shenandoah Co. Va. The first George was married to Jemima Rambo, their son George was married to Esther Miller. They were probably Mennonite, or Church of the Brethren. Is this your same Roof line? I think the fact that your Jacob was in Shenandoah Va. same time as my George, there's a good possibility. Oh I hope so! I'm trying to track the origin of this Roof Line. I would appreciate a reply...you can e-mail me at hughsharon@aol.com
