Hello Nancy,
I am also very interest'ed in the Hurst family. I wonder if you could send me more info. about the the children, or grandchildren of Elijah & Angeline "Roney" Hurst. They were buried at the Shaffer Cemetery, at Siloam, Clay Co., Ms.! This cemetery was named after one of my Great, Great, Uncle's; Adam Shaffer, who was also buried there in 1855. I have a Della Lee Hurst, born Aug. 18, 1875, died Dec. 25, 1945 at Pine Bluff, Clay Co., Miss. She married John Calvin Pate Feb. 12, 1895 in Clay Co., Ms. John & Della were buried at Pine Bluff Cemetery, along with several Hurst family. I'm trying to find who were the parent's of Della Lee Hurst! I think they may have been John Wesley & Mary "Gore" Hurst. John Wesley was the son of Elijah & Angeline "Roney" Hurst. Anything you could share with me, would surly be appreciate'd.
