Who were parents or siblings of WILLIAM C. RONEY, b 1842 NY, married CAROLINE GARY (GAHR) DeWitt Co. IL 1869, farmer on Allen Farm in Troup Co. GA 1870, d. Coosa Co. AL abt 1878? Had 4 children: Charles O., Rubin J., George Houston and Nettie Electa. It is thought some other members of family, possibly siblings also migrated to IL and AL. Family lore says his parents born in IRELAND and father named John. Any information or leads greatly appreciated.
