Hi,
my 7 x great grandfather was Pierre (Didier) Rondeau b 1599. he married Marie Massin b.1602. Their children were Isaac b.1624 and Sarah, who married three times ( can give you more on her if needed)
Pierre's father was yet another Jean Rondeau b 1556 in (Vaugigny) buried in Sedan, france 29 Oct 1631.
he married Parisse de la Vigne (b 1565?)
marriage - 27 Nov 1583 in Sedan Paris
I descend directly down from Isaac, through a number of Jean / John Rondeau, to my grandmother Queenie may Rondeau.
Jean Rondeau, son of Isaac + Jeanne, left france in 1860, where he settled in Spitalfields, london as a silkweaver. His son John Rondeau, was a master silkweaver and sexton of Christ Church Spitalfields for 29 yrs.
