Hi Jon, I was reading that your family came from the Longswamp Berks County area. I am researching my husband's side of the family and his grandmother was Verna M Romig she married Alvin Wetzel. Through my research I have found that her parents were Edward and Lizzie (Moyer) Other children of Edward's and Lizzie's were Clarence, Eva and Annie. I have found what I believe to be Edwards parents and they are Lewis and Susanah Romig.(not sure of her maiden name) Edward had a sister named Sarah who was fourteen in the 1880 census. Also a Lucas Leary lived with them, and it is said he is a nephew but the only place I have been able to find anything on him is in the censuses. I was wondering if you knew more about Lewis and who his parents were and if he had any siblings. Any information would be a great help.
Thank you Michelle
