Don't know that this helps but In my CORDOVA database I have a Nepomuceno Salazar married to Juana Catalina Cordova Jul 18 1857 in Mora, NM.
CITATION:
MARRIAGE: HGRC Mora Marriges 1856-1875, p. 10.
18 Jul 1857. Juan Nepomuceno Salazar, legitimate, s/ Diego Salazar and Cristina Sandoval (dec) w/ Juana Catalina Cordova, from Agua Negra. Padrinos: not listed.
I checked further in the Mora records I have and found another Juan Nepomuceno Salazar, son of Maria Soledad Salazar, from La Cueva, marrying on Jan 6 1879 in Mora with Maria Francisca Blan, daughter of Pacifico Blan, from La Cueva. Wit and Padrinos: Jose Dionisio Aveyta [sic] and Maria Lucia Martin.
The baptismal records I have for Mora are for 1855-1860. I checked but did not see a baptism for a Francisca (or Maria Francisca) Romero in this publication.
