I did try the site you gave me and I did find
Ceanga. Actually one listing that popped up my brother-in-law has an e-mail address for.
Unfortunatly, the person would not reply. The pronunciation you offered for Ceanga is incorrect. It is actually Chung-nia. That is straight from my father-in-law, he was raised speaking Romanian. I have just found out that his father's name was Pantalamon. His mother was Catherine ? Stoiko. Seems she might have been previously married. I've heard the name Babu mentioned as her maiden name. Guess I'll throw that one out to this board.
