Hi Shannon, as a high school librarian, I'm always willing to help young people with research. Romanian names: Moldovan, Craciun, Tolci, Ciora, Barbu, Corsatea, Mitru, Cojoc, Dumitru, Bertea, Munteanu. The first two are the most common. You pronounce all letters and all R's are trilled. EX. Munteanu = mun-te-an-oo Craciun = cra-choon Tolci=toolch
ci=ch, mi=me

First names: Women: Ana, Maria, Doana, Paraschiva, Rosalia, Christina, Letitia, Florica, Nina, Iulia (Julia) Men: Gheorghe (George), Ioan (John), Iulian (Julian), Nicolai (Nicholas), Mihai (Michael), Vasile. I can think of others in all categories I just can't spell them! Of first names Ana, Doana, Gheorghe, Ioan, and Vasile are the most common. Nicolai too. Good luck with your project. May you get an A.
