Hi Paul and Michael
I hired c.c. for research. I gave him specifics eg; Pictures of graves , churches and history of towns. I didnot need records lookup. He lives in southern Romania and my need was inNorthern Romania. He waited till he had two customers (only a couple weeks) and then he wrote to me today asking if I van receive a 1.5mg file? I don't have it yet and am waiting in great stress. I wrote many emails to have a feeling for his knowledge of genealogy. After awhile I felt he knows what he is saying and we agreed on a price, all I had to do was send agreed fee per western union. He has a western union account and the transaction was immediate.
What part of Romania are you interested in?
You can write to me directly if you choose and I will tell tomorrow if I got a good deal
