I have Russu family that comes from the Bukovina area of Romania (part of which was part of Transylvania). I've found very little so far...but have some information coming from a Russu in Ohio. Do you know much about your Rusu's? did they come to the US and where? My Russu's emigrated from Radautz (Radauti) in the first decade of the 1900s to the Cleveland area in Ohio. Related families (Schindelar) also settled in Napierville, Illinois for a while.
