I was born in Romania. Came to the State without any documents (birth certificate or so on) The City Hall of Timisoara refused to give a give me a copy of MY OWN birth certificate. A friend of mine, who still lives in Romania, went to the church (parish) where I was baptized and ON SPOT obtained a copy of my baptismal certificate.
Sugestion: Either you go to Romania or have a friend go the church of Glogowatz and get a copy of the baptismal certificate. The records go back at least 1700. I see no problem.
