I don't think I can be of much help, but here's the little I can say.
The romanian google (google.ro) places Parau village in the county of Brasov (far from where I come from). If that's correct you can expand the search in that area, eg: "familia buta din parau" and see few articles.
However I am certain there is a misspelling with "Anonle Buta". I tend to think the name is something like "Antonie, or Antone or even Anonie (possible but not common). In those days it was common to either misspell or shorten names.
Once you know the exact county (judet) you have better chances to contact someone from there that is in the phone book (http://www.paginialbe.ro).
