Need help finding Romanian Village Circa 1900

My family immigrated from Romania in 1903. The name of the place is written different ways and I have been unable to find any of the following spellings. Ostenja, Gostenje, Osuterluk, Sutterlock. They were originally Germans from Russia and born in the Ukraine-Lichtenfeld.
I can't find the Romanian villages anywhere so if anyone has any ideas at all I would appreciate it. The family name was Ackermann, Johann. He married Maria Vetter in 1896. Her husband (Vetter) died shortly before they were married in an accident. Johann was widowed before he met Maria Vetter and had 4 sons, Philip, Georg, Frederick, Johann Jr., and together before they immigrated they had Jacob and Christian.
I also wondered if anyone knew they route they would have taken to get to Hamburg during that time to come to America? How long would the trip have taken?
