My great-great-grandfather Lazar Loui PRASCO, according to his Petitiion for Naturalization, was born in 1851 in "Norgy Seiben", Hungary. He listed six children as being born there as well. One, Aurell Louis PRASCO claimed to have been born in HERMANNSTADT, Transylvania, Austria-Hungary, 1881. I understand that the area of Transylvania changed hands after WW1, and is now in Romania. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience researching the records of that region on how to find further records and history.
