Linda

OHOTNICKY - OCHOTNICKY is a Slavic name which shows up in Slovak Republic. What language was spoken by your OHOTNICKY and DEMETER ancestor? Why? Because during Hungary time there was a village Toketerebes which now is Trebisov, Slovak Republic.
DEMETER does show up in Trebisov's phone book. www.zoznamst.sk
Your DEMETER ancestor was Byzantine Catholic?
