I definitely remember hearing of Botosani, Romania. my Dad's grandfather, Josl Weintraub, had a second wife and a whole other family in South America, after he was divorced from my great grandmother. My grandfather, Leib Weintraub, was the only survivor of tragic fire which killed his mother and his two siblings in Romania, long after Josl left them. As a young man Leib came to Philadelphia to start a new life, and raised his family there. So, Leib had no siblings that could have been related to your Esther Weintraub, but his father Josl could have had some, and I just don't know about them. Those siblings' children could be your ancestors. My Dad was born in 1906 to put this all in context.
