Good thing I took a look in Hungary's forum. I could not locate a town named Sakalkasa but than the spelling should be Szakalhaza.
The town of Szakalhaza is in Temes megye.
The old 1910 Hungarian megye map is at :

The present name of Szakalhaza is Sacalaz, Romania.
The LDS-Mormons website is listing Roman Catholic church records of Szakalhaza. You can order them and gather ancestral information. A site to familiarize yourself with church wording : www.bmi.net/jjaso
