I suspect "gheorghica" must be misspelled.
There is "Georgica" which is used as diminutive for George - means "Little George".
In Romanian "George" is the modern form of "Gheorghe". The last one is still used. The diminutive for Gheorghe is "Gheorghita".
If "gheorghica" is right spelled, it must be a very uncommon construction.
