Timis, Temes, Timisoara, Temesvar help!!

Specifically, I would like to know if there are records for Catholic residents of Temes (Timis) region for the period up to 1904.

My great-grandmother, Josephine RAUSCH, was born in Sankt Andres (Sinandrei) in May 1887. Her husband, Nicholous SCHULER, was born in Sackelhausen (Sacalaz) in 1880 or 1881. Both came to the US in 1904, met in Philadelphia, and married May 1905 (I am guessing the date of marriage!). Interestingly, they were from neighboring villages in Hungary (now Romania) but did not meet until they were in America.

In addition to Catholic church records, are there any other records for the 1880 to 1905 period? Immigration? census? etc?

Thank you for any assistance.
