Went back to look at Lupea and noticed that one has that he is Slovak but he is not. Looking at the way the name was written it is possible that someone transcribing the name could take the E for a C so thus I looked on the Lupca's manifest and sure enough he is Romanian and going to Indianapolis.

You will need to look at each individual manifest to see if they were going to Indianapolis. If they are, then possibly a relative to your ancestor.
