Does anyone know if in 1885 Romanian citizens had to fill out a form to leave the country? How to find out if a passport was issued to an Naturalized citizen who decided to go back for a visit or death of a family member? Were there Jewish records remaining in Romania? Jewish Community center did not answer. How can one go about getting a birth certificate for a former citizen of Romania? Anyone know an honest researcher of geneology in Romania?
