shows that Neu Arad was the German name for the fairly large settlement called Ujarad in the old Kingdom of Hungary.Ujarad was in Uj-Arad Járás, Temes Megye.Today it is in Romania and called Aradu Nou.See it on this map from Eötvös University, Department of Cartography

Won't swear to it but since I cannot find a SAGENTAU in the HVF, I think the place is probably Segentau, the German name for what was Németsaágh aka Németság.You will find it on the same map as above and in the same járás (district).Today it is called ªagu.
