Moscovitch Name Search

Hello. My grandmother was born in Bucuresti, Rumania in 1910. She moved with her family to London in 1914. We have no information at all on her Rumanian roots. She was a Jew. Her father was Russian; but no one knows if her mother was Rumanian or something else. Her name was Anglicized to Moss in England. Her name was Rebecca; but it's possible to have been Rivka. I know she had relatives who left to England previously; but I believe we still have some relatives (distant) in Rumania. Any info or thoughts would be a great help. Thanks.
