Some remarks:

Speling now:

- Sztojkovics spels now Stoicovici
- Temesvar is "Timisoara"

100 years old or less records are stored in City Hall civilian archive. Elders then 100 years in "National Archives"'s filials (one must applay for in Bucharest at the Central National Archives for any local resarch).

A profesional researcher i met on the web is Cosmin Ciocan (see messages in this forum)

An usefull on line tool is the Romanian White Pages:
http://www.paginialbe.ro

Good luck!
