Hi, The village you are looking for was GrossJetscha. It is in the Banat region of today's Romania. I was part of Austria-Hungary when it had the name GrossJetscha which was the German name for the village. It is in Torontal County as you mentioned. It is now called Icea Mare and is in Romania Northwest of Timesoara. I have extensive information on the village. Please let me know if I can help you.
Regards,
Bob
