In previous query, a few things are in error.
Thomas Rollo was listed in the 1850 census as a hired hand in the household of George Washington Witt.
A few houses down are Eli and Tabitha.
However---- it now appears that George's parents were Calvin Witt, born in Canada about 1790, and died 12 May 1826 in Ontario Canada. His wife was Susan Wood. It is this Susan Wood, wife of Calvin, who was born 21 Jan 1796 and died 20 Sept 1878 who married, after Calvins death, Thomas Rollo. Date of this marriage was 22 May 1831 in Southwold, Ontario, Canada.
