I downloaded Nita Rhoads' gedcom file and found that it connects through my gmother, Anna Mae Carter, daughter of David Murray Carter, son of George M. Carter who married Sarah Katharine Rollison, daughter of Ludlow Rollison and Martha E. Carter line then goes continues back; George M. is son of David Carter, born about 1814 (married Elizabeth); David is son of George Carter born about 1775 in Del. From the birth dates/locations, it seems the Carter family moved from Del. to Maryland (Kent Co.) around 1850-1853, since George M. was born in Maryland. To make a long story short, I have added all of this to my family tree gedcom file and then posted it thru Ancestry and Family Tree Maker. I may have posted it at Kindred Konnections too, I'm not sure.
It's interesting since I just found all of this out last week - we always wondered where my father's middle name (Rollison) came from! Now my biggest mystery is finding Anna's husband, Oscar William Storms, who seemed to drop off the face of the earth about 5 years after my dad was born. Hope I answered some questions; if not, look up my gedcom file.
