I just wanted to touch base again with other researcher's of these area's to see if they have found any new clues. Only recently have I gotten a clue to Jesse Rollison, Sr.'s mothers name. Her name was Ally Hollingsworth (married to Thomas) when she died. He was her third husband and they had a daughter Nancy(also named as Mary?) who married a James Little by 1831 and supposedly moved away from Maryland. Ally was also married to a James Vanderford(husband #1) and had children: Samuel, George and Hessy. Her second husband ? Rollison (first name not given) was Jesse Rollison's father and no known full blood Rollison siblings were living in 1831. Ally may have been Alethea Roberts, daughter of James Roberts, of Queen Anne's Co., Maryland. I would be interested in hearing about any progress on the Benjamin Rollison or Levin Rollison lines of the same areas. Happy hunting!
